Return Policy - 7 DAYS
This mat will likely be different from any you have ever used. We encourage you to try it at home in a clean and pet-free room first to ensure your satisfaction.
We offer a full refund for items returned within 7 days from the shipment date in their original condition (excluding shipping costs).
Return Guidelines:

Items must be returned postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached.
Return Process:

Your invoice/tracking number and attached pictures of the item.

Detailed information describing the issue.

We will provide you with the return address and label.

Your return request will be processed and confirmed via email within 72 hours on working days.

As a new, small business, we kindly request that you cover all shipping costs, including return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package, and the refund will be issued to your payment account.
Refund Policy for Issues We Are Responsible For:
We offer a full refund or exchange if we're responsible for the issue, such as quality problems or wrong or missing items. However, this does not include damage caused during shipping. (See Shipping Policy for shipping issues below).
For international shipments, Duty/VAT fees are not covered.
Exchanges:
If an item arrives damaged or with a pre-existing issue (not caused during shipping), you may request an exchange, and shipping costs will be covered.
For exchange requests due to customer preference or purchase error, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping Policy / Lost or Stolen Items:
We offer Navidium package protection, a low-cost shipping protection option, to safeguard your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Opting for this protection ensures fast claim approval (1-3 days) and comprehensive coverage.

For those who do not opt for Navidium, please note that most of our shipping options include some level of insurance. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is stolen, we will assist in creating a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, or DHL). Approval can take about 15 days. If approved for a refund by the shipper, we will resend your item. However, if not approved, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure to check your tracking and be available when the item arrives.
International Shipping:
For international shipments, any Duty/VAT fees are not covered and must be paid by the customer. International shipments cannot be refused for a refund, and in the case of a return, shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
